General information

We offer you complete production facilities and processing lines for production of mineral powder according to the requirements of GOST (Russian National Standard) 52129-2003 within the productivity range of 5 to 30 t/h. Finished product of 0.315 mm class, according to GOST requirements, contains no less than 90% of 0.07 class.

The line is equipped with automated systems of liquid and solid surfactants supply and a smelting chamber, which allows producing both activated and non-activated mineral powder, depending on the current requirements and orders.

The line is equipped with an ACS that controls technological processes and mechanisms.

Natural gas or diesel / furnace oil or electrical power may be taken as the energy source for material drying.

Advantages of the line:

  • Equipment use factor > 0.8;
  • Low specific energy consumption (electrical equipment installed capacity 550-600 kW);
  • Does not require additional aspiration systems;
  • Low spatial requirements;
  • Ease of maintenance and usability.
 
 

Mineral powder is applied in production of bitumen-concrete mixtures of different classes. Mineral powder use leads to higher density and homogeneity of the asphalt concrete, prevents the moisture penetration, and lowers asphalt concrete water saturation, which has a positive effect on operating life of automotive roads.
