Cement production lines

Ideal for arrangement of a local cement production with the productivity of 5 to 15 t/h.
General information
Standard lines presented in this section are the ideal solution for production of a high quality Portland cement, Portland blast-furnace-slag cement, and mixed cements. Such line is a system of units composed in the ultimate way, providing high performance, ease of maintenance and usability, low spatial requirements, and low energy consumption.
Technological capabilities of the line allow production of the following products:
PC 300 |
PC 400 |
PC 500 |
PC 600 |
Production of the mixed cements may use the following components: slag, thermal power plant furnace dust. Slag component use in the line provides the output of the following products:
PSC 300 |
PSC 400 |
PSC 500 |
М 500 |
Portland slag cement (PSC) is a Portland cement with the addition of slag. Depending on the quality and activity of the source components, their ratio may vary. Mixed slag cements have standard building performance and technical specifications regardless of the production technology. |
Advantages of the line:
- Equipment use factor >0.8;
- Low specific energy consumption (electrical equipment installed capacity 500-550 kW);
- Does not require additional aspiration systems;
- Low spatial requirements;
- Ease of maintenance and usability;
- Consistent granulometric composition of the final product.
Specifications:
Line capacity range depending on the typical size of the KI complex and grindability of the used components is 5-15 t/h. Lines of higher productivity require installation of several KI grinding complexes.
Grade of the produced cement depends on the quality of the source clinker and grinding fineness.
Productivity | 10-15 t/h |
Total installed electric capacity | 600 kW |
Gas flow | < 6.0 m3/t of slag |
Preliminary dimensions | 20х60х10 m |
Flow chart
Processing line composition:
- Raw product feed hoppers (clinker, gypsum block, slag) with feeders;
- Gyratory cone breaker (preparation of source materials for grinding);
- Drying unit with a cooler and aspiration system (slag drying);*
- Belt conveyor (material feeding to the feed hopper of the grinding complex);
- KI grinding complex (Portland blast-furnace-slag cement production);
- Pneumatic chamber pump (discharge of the finished slag cement);
- Finished product silo (Portland blast-furnace-slag cement storage).
Depending on the customer’s requirements, the drying unit may operate by: gas, electricity, and diesel-generator.
Infrastructure requirements:
- Closed unheated space for installation of the whole processing line equipment;
- Processing line overall dimensions are L=30m, В=20m, at U-shaped configuration;
- Floor-to-ceiling height - more than 10m;
- Compressed air supply system.
For Portland cement production – the line lacks slag component units.
